Angel Flights LLC coordinates medical flights across New York State, throughout the United States, and internationally. Our team is built around a single principle: one call, one clinical team, one plan. From the first phone conversation to the final handoff at the receiving unit, families and hospitals work with the same coordinator and the same crew.

We operate from a New York base with aircraft staged across the state's major airports. Our dispatch line is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so an emergency at 2 a.m. on a holiday weekend is handled with the same urgency and precision as a scheduled Monday morning transfer. Every mission is built around the sending physician's timing, the accepting facility's readiness, and the family's need to be with the patient.

Our clinical team

Every air ambulance mission carries a flight nurse and paramedic trained in critical-care air transport. Higher-acuity missions add a flight physician, respiratory therapist, or neonatal specialist as the clinical picture requires. Our medical directors review protocols and equipment lists continuously so the crews are always working with the current standard of care.

Our aircraft

We fly medical jets configured for the mission: ICU-level monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, defibrillators, and full airway equipment on board. Cabin size and range are matched to each trip so patients spend the least time in the air and families have room to travel alongside them when they wish.

Where we operate

Our primary service area is New York State, from the metro airports of Teterboro, Westchester, and JFK through Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo, and out to the Southern Tier, the North Country, and Long Island. Nationwide and international missions launch from those same fields and return there.
